Obituary for Glenn Wayne Woolvett

Glenn Wayne  Woolvett
WOOLVETT, Glenn Wayne -

Passed away with family by his side, in Burlington, on Thursday, January 28, 2016, at the age of 67. Loving husband of Trudy (nee Liersch) for 47 years. Devoted father to Kimberly Lee (Christopher) and Candace Davidson (Bradley). Proud grandfather of Curtis and Jaelen Lee, and Skyler and Kyle Davidson. Dear brother of Walter (Ruth) of Bracebridge. Glenn will also be missed by many extended family, friends and previous colleagues. Glenn worked as a paramedic for the Halton Region for 42 years, only recently retiring in 2013. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON, (905-632-3333), on Sunday January 31, 2016 from 3-5pm and on Monday February 1, 2016, from 7-9pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at 1:00pm with a reception to follow. Private cremation to take place at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in Glenn’s memory are asked to consider the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of choice.
