KOSAK, Chad Michael
On Saturday January 24, 2015 at the age of 35. Survived by loving wife, Laura Hudson and proud father of Kendra, Benjamin, and the late Alyssa (2011). Survived by parents Don and Sharon of Smithville, siblings Trisha (Shawn) of Stoney Creek, and Sean of Hamilton. Dear son-in-law of Bob and Theresa Hudson, brother-in-law of Melanie and Carolyn. Loving grandson of Joe (the late Tina), Ruth (the late Richard). Chad will be sadly missed by extended family and friends. A Funeral Service will be held at Compass Point Bible Church, 1500 Kerns Road, Burlington on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 1 p.m. Friends are welcome to gather from 12 noon until the time of service. Reception to follow the service. Private cremation at a later date. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to McMaster Children’s Hospital, or a donation to the children would be greatly appreciated. Account information will be available at the church.
