Zaversenuke, Marion (nee Bratko)
Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, December 22, 2012 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Michael Zaversenuke (1998). Loving mother of Isabel Rankin of Los Angeles, California, Dale Clement (Robert) of Burlington, Ontario, Michael Zaversenuke (Dawn) of Merrickville, Ontario, and Gilbert Zaversenuke of Victoria, British Columbia. Cherished grandmother of Tracey Rankin (Kevin Hanna) Rob (Mirelli), Chris (Diane), Ivory (Kaitlynn), Cedar (Amie)and great-grandmother of Connor, Matthew, Craig and Braydon. Predeceased by her brother John Bratko and sister Eleanor Lytwyn. Special thanks to the staff at Cama Woodlands for their compassionate care and Rev. Gordon Bucek for his support. Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow. Private family burial at a later date.
