With great sadness we announce Tyler’s passing on Thursday, November 22, 2012 at the age of 31. Will always be remembered and loved by his parents Greg and Andrea, and his brothers Justin (Sarah), Matthew (Natalie), and Ryan (Jenn). A special uncle to Teagan, Kade, Austin, Georgia, and Kellan. Tyler touched many lives and will be remembered by many friends. Visitation will be held at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of the QEW) BURLINGTON (905 632-3333) on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday November 28, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation. If desired expressions of sympathy to The Canadian Mental Health Association would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
