Condolence From: chris holjevac
Condolence: I never met Chelsea but when I was in school I carpooled with her sister Elise. I remember asking her in one of our conversations if her and her sisters got along and if they were close.....her response was telling me how close all are and how great her siblings are! My heart aches for you all and I hope together you can all carry on keeping all of your wonderful memories close to your hearts. My prayers are with you. Sincerely, chris holjevac and family

Condolence From: Allyson Vanderkooi
Condolence: Dear Feddema Family, My sister Meagan, is good friends with Elise. I am so sorry to hear about your tragic loss. Know that you are surrounded in prayer and will be held up and thought of in Christian love. I am a Grade Four teacher at Cambridge Christian School. Our staff and students have been praying for you this week. Years ago, our cousin Kyle passed away in a car accident. This song, by Steven Curtis Chapman (With Hope) really helped me get through that time, and I would like to share it with you. In love and thoughts, Allyson Vanderkooi This is not at all how We thought it was supposed to be We had so many plans for you We had so many dreams And now you've gone away And left us with the memories of your smile And nothing we can say And nothing we can do Can take away the pain The pain of losing you, but ... We can cry with hope We can say goodbye with hope 'Cause we know our goodbye is not the end, oh no And we can grieve with hope 'Cause we believe with hope (There's a place by God's grace) There's a place where we'll see your face again We'll see your face again And never have I known Anything so hard to understand And never have I questioned more The wisdom of God's plan But through the cloud of tears I see the Father's smile and say well done And I imagine you Where you wanted most to be Seeing all your dreams come true 'Cause now you're home And now you're free, and ... We have this hope as an anchor 'Cause we believe that everything God promised us is true, so ... So we can cry with hope And say goodbye with hope We wait with hope And we ache with hope We hold on with hope We let go with hope

Condolence From: Bob and Jessica Jackson
Condolence: Words cannot express the sadness that was felt when we received the tragic news regarding Chelsea. My daughter, Jessica, worked with Chelsea in Antigua and on visit to see Jessica, Chelsea sailed with us from Antigua to Montserrat. It was on that voyage that I realized what an excellent person Chelsea was, how lucky my daughter was to have such a good friend and how fortunate the teaching profession and her students were to have such a talented and personable individual. For only having known Chelsea for such a brief time, her impact and the impressions she left were immeasurable. Take some comfort knowing that there are so many who care, share your grief and will forever have Chelsea in their thoughts, memories and prayers.

Condolence From: Anita Minov
Condolence: To all the Feddema Family~ I have never met you, but as a mother of two daughters in their 20's - one of whom is a horse lover - my heart breaks for you in the devastating loss of your most beautiful daughter Chelsea. Your family has been in my thoughts and prayers. For many years I was a teacher, and I know that Chelsea's memory will live on in the hearts of all the students whose lives she touched. May our gentle Saviour enfold her, and grant you abundant peace and strength in the comfort of your family, friends and warm memories of happy times with your lovely daughter, of whom you must be so proud. Please know the parish of Christ Church (Anglican), Niagara Falls, lifts all of you up to our Lord in prayer. May God bless you and comfort you in your grief. Sincere condolences, Anita Minov

Condolence From: Janet & Jim Geschiere & Family
Condolence: Dear Donna & Harold, So much time has passed since we have seen you, but we want you to know how deeply saddened we are by your loss, we cannot stop thinking about you and your family. We have been looking at the Newspaper article, the pictures...the girl we last saw as a toddler, has blossomed into a beautiful, giving person that everyone adored. Celebrating her life so short, but so well lived, will be so unimaginably difficult, only God can carry you through it. Our prayer is that you can find comfort and strength in each other as a family. Her life has touched so many, and her unexpected death is beyond human understanding. With Much Love and Prayers Janet & Jim and Family.

Condolence From: Crystal N. Lightfoot
Condolence: Mr. & Mrs. Feddema: We have never met and sadly I never had the opportunity to meet Chelsea either, so you may well wonder why I send this notice of condolence, when I am sure that you have much support from your family, friends and local congregation. The answer to that is three-fold: a) I am a fellow believer and want you to know that those who share your faith in Jesus Christ hold you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. "God tempers the wind to the lamb who is shorn" and I believe that He is waiting with open arms to shelter, support and grieve with you. b) I am also someone for whom horses have been a large part of my life and am shocked by such a tragic accident and the loss of your daughter and her equine companion. c) I am a long time funeral director and so have seen many families suffer in like manner to you but I know that every greif is personal and individual and special and I was so touched by your story. I know that you are in good hands with the folks at Smith's and that her Celebration of Life will begin the long road you now have to face. Go with God. Sincerely, Crystal Lightfoot

Condolence From: Harry, Jolene, Faith and Maria Scholtens
Condolence: Today and in the days ahead, we pray that our gracious God will grant much strength, comfort and peace to you durring this difficult time. May His unconditional love, Almighty power and comforting arms surround you and may He fill you with everything that you need to face each new day! Psalm 107 : 28-31...."Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress. He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven. Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for man." MOMENT BY MOMENT Never a trial that He is not there; Never a burden that He does not bear; Never a sorrow that He does not share, Moment by moment we're under His care. Never a heartache, and never a groan, Never a tear-drop, and nevera moan, Never a danger but there, on the throne, Moment by moment, He thinks of His own. Never a weakness that He does not feel; Never a sickness that He cannot heal, Moment by moment, in woe in weal, Jesus, our Saviour, abides with us still. Our prayers will continually be with you, Chelsea will be dearly missed, but we rejoice in the promise of everlasting life. In Christian love, Harry, Jolene, Faith and Maria.

Condolence From: Nancy and Dave Hagerty
Condolence: Dear Feddema Family, Our deepest of sympathies go out to Chelsea and your family. Even though Chelsea is no longer able to grace us with her presence know that she is safe in the hands of Jesus. For the 23 short years that Chelsea lived, she will be remembered as an angel and we can only hope that she will continue to be even more so in heaven. Even though it may be hard to understand now know that God's plans do not end here for Chelsea, and she is never too far away as she will always remain in our hearts. We pray that God provides you with His strength you require in this time of grief. The Hagerty Family ( Dave, Nancy, Natasha, Johnathan)

Condolence From: John and Femmie
Condolence: Dear Donna, Harold and family: We are still reeling as we try to process the sad news we heard today. To see a beautiful young life with so much potential snuffed out seems so unfair and meaningless. As believers we do not "mourn as those who have no hope" but the pain you feel right now ...must be overwhelming. May God reveal His ways to you as you wrestle with Him for answers. We do pray the Lord will comfort and sustain you in the days ahead. Our hearts go out to you. Love you all. Uncle John and Aunt Femmie

Condolence From: Ray & Janet
Condolence: Dear Harold & Donna and family - words just cannot begin to express the sorrow we feel. Jocelyn enjoyed working with her in Antigua and expressed how wonderful Chelsea was. Words fail us so we can only say that your family has been on our minds and in our prayers. May you feel the comfort and peace that only God can give. Her name was engraved on the hand of God and may those same hands hold you close as you walk through this valley of the shadow of death. All our love and prayers - Ray & Janet Beldman & family
